Magic: The Gathering—The Hobbit Prerelease

The road goes ever on! Join us for the Magic: The Gathering®—The Hobbit Prerelease and experience the newest Magic set before its official release.

Whether you’re a seasoned planeswalker or opening your very first Magic cards, Prerelease is the perfect way to experience a new set. You’ll receive a The Hobbit Prerelease Pack, build a 40-card deck from the cards you open, and spend the evening exploring Middle-earth through friendly competition and great community.

No previous prerelease experience is required. If you’re new to Magic, we’ll be happy to help you learn the format

Your Registration Includes:

● One Magic: The Gathering—The Hobbit Prerelease Pack

● Use of our basic land station during deck construction

● Three rounds of Swiss play

● A fun, welcoming evening with fellow Magic players

Event Schedule

6:00 PM – Check-In Begins

● Pick up your Prerelease Pack

● Find your seat

● Meet fellow players

6:30 PM – Deck Building


Open your Prerelease Pack and build a 40-card deck. Our staff and experienced players will be available to answer questions and help newer players get started.

7:15 PM – Round One

8:10 PM – Round Two

9:05 PM – Round Three

9:55 PM – Prize Distribution & Wrap-Up
